Technovation Girls Challenge is a global initiative that aims to introduce technology and entrepreneurship to high-school students through a competition that requires them to solve real problems in society and give forward-thinking solutions by utilizing technology. 

SWEJakarta in collaboration with WomenInTechID have organized the Technovation Girls program for Indonesia the past year. We had 17 teams submitting from various schools in Greater Jakarta area, Bandung, Surabaya, and Banjarmasin.

Each team of students (max. of 5 girls per team) will be paired up with two mentors from the industry and attend weekly online workshops for FREE. This is a great way to learn about your future career and networking!

As a student you will:
- Identify a problem that matters to your community
- Learn to code an app that solves the problem
- Learn about business plan and social enterprise
- Collaborate with peers and learn from industry mentors

By joining this initiative, you will be submitting your work to both Technovation Girls Challenge Indonesia Chapter as well as the Technovation Girls Challenge Global, competing with girls around the world.
